我目前使用的OneNote，只是翻译了其官方文本。不知道目前的搜索功能对中文是否完美支持。以前的版本对中文搜索支持不是很好的。

这个软件主要是针对Tablet PC用户，手写文字识别从开始就有，但是免费版只能试用而已。
