Binary clock, digits are represented in terms of power of 2.
Each dot in column is representing: 2^3 = 8 2^2 = 4 2^1 = 2 2^0 = 1
Each column is representing one digits in 24-hour time format.
For example 19(h) - 24(m) - 53(s) will be ( 1 - lighted in red, 0 - not lighted ):
1 0 0 00 01 10 00 10 01 11 00 11
